Orders are pulled and packed Monday-Friday, and shipped within 24 hours when possible. Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday - Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and we do not ship internationally at this time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your USPS tracking information.

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package back to us.

In Store Pick-Up:
Online orders may be picked up from our one of our Store Fronts Monday-Friday during regular store hours.
All orders can be picked up in threebusiness days! You will get email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up, which may be quicker than stated above.
Orders Placed Friday after 10am- Sunday and select Holidays will not be ready for pickup until Tuesday unless stated otherwise by a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at our Store Front until they are picked up!

We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make a return or exchange, our policy is:
Online Return Policy:
- We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date you place your order. Online Credit has no expiration date.
- Sale items and jewelry are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or jewelry returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a return fee will incur.
- All coupon codes marked 30% off or higher are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back with a return fee.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- All shipping cost are non-refundable.
- We do not offer price adjustments

We will not accept an exchange or return on a damaged item after the five (5) day period.
Darling State Of Mind reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty (30) day return policy and guidelines. The items can be sent back to you with a return fee and no credit will be given.
Please note that our Brick and Mortar Return Policy is different than our Online Return Policy based on the turnover of inventory.
Each item is photographed at it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange within 30 days of ordering your previous order. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit.
- Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
- Place in a shipping safe package or repackage your items in the package you received them in.

Local Returns can be dropped off at our Westport Village or Middletown location, where it will be transferred to our online warehouse.
